Cancellation and Returns:

At ToyMovieShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per the legal obligation under the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive. To initiate a cancellation or return, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

a) Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@toymovieshop.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required to process your return.

b) Returns:

After obtaining the RMA number, securely package the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories, to ensure safe transit. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note indicating the RMA number. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Customers Outside the EU:

If you are located outside the European Union and wish to return a product, please contact us at info@toymovieshop.com. Our team will work with you to discuss the possibility of returns, as well as the appropriate procedures and terms.

Defective Items:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@toymovieshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item. If the item is indeed found to be defective, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, including the return shipping costs.

Refunds:
